have no control over the use of our suspension system. The
instructional video will provide an overview on the proper fit and
function of The Back Defender.
The placement of the supports, adjustments to the harness, and proper fit, will vary with each
user according to his / her physiques and duty belt accessory configuration.
The Harness must be tested for fit, maneuverability,
range of motion, and most importantly presentation of weapon, before being worn on duty.
Refund policy:
The
Back Defender comes with a 30 day full money back guarantee. If you
encounter a problem with your Back Defender and are not completely
satisfied,
simply return it to us and we will either:
1. fix The Back Defender to OEM specifications
2. replace your Back Defender
3. refund your money
The Back Defender comes with
a full 1 year warranty against all manufacture defects.
